About The Artist

I have been experimenting with the art of jewelry making for the past 5 years. It all started innocently enough. I came across a bead and button magazine with all kinds of wonderful projects. I was instantly smitten. In fact, I was so fascinated by the whole concept of jewelry making that I opened my very own bead store "Bella Beads" in Mundelein, Illinois.

I enjoyed being an owner of a bead store and sharing my love and passion of the arts with my clients and students. In March of 2007 I sold my store so I could pursue other interests.

For the past three years I have been sharing my designs by teaching nationally.

At home, I have my husband of 29 years, my son, my mom, 3 Siamese cats, one Lhasa Apso all under one roof. Life is never dull at my house. I do most of my design work from 10:00pm to 1:00am.....when everyone is asleep!!
